How to open a new request/ticket on Helpdesk?
- Access the Helpdesk system at www.helpesk.editoracubo.com.br and click “Open New Ticket”
- Fill the form with your information and the message. Fields with * are requested.
- If you need attach any file, just click at “Escolher arquivo” button as shown in the picture bellow.
- Type the text shown in the picture and then press the “Submit Ticket” button. A confirmation message will show, as well as an e-mail will be sent to your inbox with the necessary information to proceed with your request.
